Dear fellow distributors,

We are currently receiving a great deal of orders and inquiries from our users. As some of you may know, the number of new enrollment is growing day by day so we'd like to remind you of the followings:

<Account Enrollment for ADA Exchange>
We have two different types of account: "Buyer Account" and "Distributor Account". Buyer Account will be required to conduct ADA exchange. In the enrollment form, firstly users need to enter their name, email address, telephone number, birthdate, address and zip code (all in their native language) and then upload a selfie ID, an image with their face and ID in it.

-Please make sure that your face and details of your ID come out clearly.
-A selfie ID will not be required to enroll Distributor Account.

Order amount must be entered in USD.

-Only number can be entered.
-Users need to make a re-order if they sent an enrollment with wrong payment method or order amount details. We will not be able to correct their submitted details on our end.


<Procedures for Re-order of ADA>
Users can make a re-order with the "re-order button" on our website. After they enter their registered email address for Buyer Account, they can enter order amount (USD) and complete  a re-order.

-Only number can be entered.
-Users need to make a re-order if they sent an enrollment with wrong payment method or order amount details. We will not be able to correct their submitted details on our end.

<Soliciting Members on Your Website>
If you set up your website as ADA Distributor, you must inform us by sending your website URL to "english@zendesk.attaincorp.com".
