About ADA Exchange

Q. How to do ADA exchange?
ADA exchange service is only available for our members during the presale period.You can order ADA from an enrollment URL acquirable by our Distributors.
Q. How to enroll?
You need to be introduced by one of our Distributors to enroll as a member. If there is no Distributor nearby, please contact support@attaincorp.zendesk.com for details.
Q. I can’t log in.
Please make sure that you got a correct log­in ID or password.
Q. I can’t receive any confirmation email.
You will receive an order confirmation email from info@system.attaincorp.net once you sent an enrollment form. If the message doesn’t reach you within an hour, please contact us at support@attaincorp.zendesk.com.
You can change your email address on your Buyer account.
Q. How long does it take to get ADA coins after payment?
Your payment will be confirmed within 14 days*. However, it may take more than 14 days depending on the circumstance. A receipt will be sent after your payment is made. *If your Buyer account hasn’t been approved, your payment will be processed within 14 days from the date of the approval.
Q. What am I supposed to do after payment is done?
Pay by Bitcoin
Generally Bitcoin payment will be dealt in a minute and then a receipt will be sent. If the message with your receipt information didn’t reach you within an hour from when you made payment by Bitcoin, please check if your transaction has been completed.
Pay by Bank transfer(For Only Users Residing in Japan)
Your transaction will be dealt on a weekday after 3pm. You will receive a receipt within 14 days after your payment is confirmed (please make sure that you will enter your invoice ID and name in the Sender’s Info). A receipt will be sent from info@system.attaincorp.net and it may take more than 14 days depending on the circumstance.
Q. What currency will be accepted for payment?
Only Bitcoin is acceptable.
Q. What is the minimum exchange amount?
The minimum exchange amount is 1,000 USD. Please be aware of the exchange rate fluctuation risk.
Q. Can I check my ADA balance?
You can confirm your holding amount of ADA only on a receipt which will be issued when your exchange is completed. Please keep it safe for future reference.
Q. Who runs CARDANO?
It has been run by the CARDANO Foundation.
Q. When CARDANO will be released?
There has been a change in the scheduled release date because of a delay in the previous sales tranche and the extra pre-sale tranche. CARDANO is now scheduled to be released in the 1st quarter of 2017.
Q. What kind of games can I play on CARDANO?
Since they have been under development, there is no information available right now.
Q. Is there any possible delay in the CARDANO release?
The CARDANO release may be delayed depending on the circumstance.
Q. After the CARDANO release, will ADA also become available for one living in the U.S., Canada or Russia, or holding its citizenship?
Yes. ADA exchange will become available at Cryptocurrency exchanges or by negotiated transactions.
Q. Will there be ADA Exchange?
ADA will be dealt at each Cryptocurrency Exchange after the CARDANO release.
Q. When games will become playable on CARDANO?
Since they have been under development, there is no information available right now.
Q. When can I get my ADA wallet?
It’s scheduled to be released after the pre­sale is done.
Q.I can’t get an order confirmation email.

b. b. If your submitted information and documents are not sufficient, you will receive a message with re-enrollment guidance from support@attaincorp.zendesk.com within 6 days from the date of your enrollment.
Q. I don’t know how to enroll.
Please inquire one who introduced you to us (Distributor). You can enroll from an enrollment URL given by them.
Q. There is no Distributor around me.
Please inquire one who introduced you to ADA. Or you may find a webpage soliciting our members if you search with a keyword such as “ADA”, “CARDANO”, “Enrollment” or “Exchange”. Please read the description carefully before getting an enrollment URL.
Q. I got an error message saying “[Error] enrollUser: Email already exists 409”.
You may get this error message on an email address which has been already registered in our system or for a declined or nullified account. Please enter a valid email address*. *You can also enroll using the same email address with Gmail alias.
Q. What does “selfie” mean here?
It’s an image with your face and ID in it. You can check acceptable IDs from here: http://attaincorp.co.jp/en/change/identity.html
Q. I forgot to attach a selfie image to an enrollment form.
Please attach your selfie when you reply to an email which will be sent by us later. Only JPEG and PNG file extension are acceptable (PDF data will not be reflected on the system).
Q. My current address is different from one on my ID.
You need to submit a document with your current address on it.
Q. I get an error message saying “Referral code is invalid.” when I try to access an enrollment URL.
The enrollment URL has been expired. Please get a new one from the Distributor who introduced you to ADA.
Q. I get an error message saying “502 Bad Gateway” when I try to access an enrollment URL.
The system is temporarily not available. Please try to access at a later time.
Q. I got a cancellation email.
Your order will be cancelled if your payment wasn’t confirmed within a certain period of time. Please make an order again from the reorder page: https://members.attaincorp.co.jp/reorder.
Q. I can’t get a receipt from you.
Please contact us from a contact form or send a message to “support@attaincorp.zendesk.com” with your name, wallet address and the details of an issue.

Q. I can’t reorder.
(Possible Cases)
a. Your Buyer account hasn’t been approved. →Please wait for the approval. We may contact you by email if your submitted information is not sufficient.You will be required to pass our special compliance check via email if your order amount exceeds a certain amount. If you are not receiving the message regarding a compliance check, please contact us at support@attaincorp.zendesk.com.

b. You entered other email address than the approved one for your Buyer account. →An error message may appear when you entered an email address which has been registered for your Distributor account or a declined or nullified account. Please enter a valid email address for your Buyer account.
Q. I can’t log in.
You need to set your password from “Forgot password?” on the log-in page to make your account. You can change your email address and alsoreissue a receipt in case of lost. Please refer to Guides for more details.
Q. Where to confirm my exchanged ADA amount?
You can confirm your holding ADA amount on a receipt (sent by email).There is no page to confirm it on our website.
Q. How to exchange ADA into other currencies?
After the CARDANO release, ADA exchange will become available at each Cryptocurrency Exchange where deals ADA or by negotiated transaction.
Q. What is the ADA Code/Key?
It’s a code to reflect your holding ADA on the internet after the CARDANO release. You will be informed about the details before or after the release.
Q. I can’t receive a message from info@system.attaincorp.net.
Your purchased ADA will not be reflected in your account if you can’t receive a message from our system. In this case, you need to follow a certain procedure after the pre-sale ended.
